CHAGA
Beta-glucans betulinic acid and inotodiol support a healthy heart, a strong immune system, and healthy cholesterol levels
CORDYCEPS

What is in Mushroom Design’s mushroom & vitamin blend?

MD’s mushroom blend consists of 9 key mushrooms: cordyceps, lion’s mane, turkey tail, agarikon, chaga, maitake, oyster, reishi, shiitake, and 9 key vitamins: B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, and E.

What are the health benefits of mushrooms?

The predominant health benefits of mushrooms in MD’s supplements are immune support. Where vitamins are the support network, mushrooms are the neighborhood watch. Mushrooms are able to detect when things aren’t quite right in the body, then take action by reporting back to the rest of the body to remain on high alert for mutations such as cancerous or compromised cells.

Can I take Mushroom Design if I am allergic to mushrooms?

No. Because our mushroom blend is organic, sourced in sunny California, it is, well, real mushrooms.

Is Mushroom Design vegan?

Yes, all ingredients, including the capsules itself, are vegan.

Is Mushroom Design gluten free?

Yes.

Is Mushroom Design dairy free?

Yes.

Is Mushroom Design organic?

For the most part, yes. All ingredients inside are, but because capsules are manufactured in factories (though completely vegan and chemical-free), the final product cannot be considered organic.

What time of day should I take Mushroom Design?

We recommend in the morning – with or without food is just fine.

Can I take Mushroom Design if I’m taking medications?

As a daily vitamin & nutrition supplement, MULTIMMUNITY can be taken alongside most medication. However, we advise seek the professional advice of your medical practitioner for this answer.

Are these mushrooms psychedelic or psychotropic?

No. These are medicinal mushrooms with no cognitive effects. You will not feel immediate effects. As with standard daily vitamins, this is a long-term relationship.

Is Mushroom Design for men and women?

Yes, Mushroom Design is suitable for both males and females.

I have never tried mushroom supplements, where do I start/how much do I take?

MD’s supplements are dosed according to NIH standards for vitamins, and according to decades of research behind medicinal mushroom supplementation. According to the NIH, you only need certain amounts of each vitamin. Therefore, having more than the RDA (recommended daily allowance) means that you are likely wasting your money AND risking your health. The truth is, you won’t really know if you’re having too much or too little – only time can tell. These capsules are dosed at 1 capsules per 60-80 pounds’ body weight. We’re anti-over-stimulation. Mushrooms’ main mechanism of immune support is through provocation; essentially, mushrooms poke and prod at the components of your immune system to make sure they’re on high alert. This means that too much, all the time essentially puts your immune system in overdrive – but you won’t realize it, because the body is so good at adapting. Our mushroom quantities are dosed so that your immune system remains aware, but not on high alert. Note: if it’s cold/flu season, or you’re around sick people, we highly recommend either doubling your daily dose, or purchasing a mushroom supplement that has double the daily amount – but do not continue this for more than 4 weeks at a time.
