What is the subscription cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted 14 days prior to next billing cycle. Cancellations can be submitted via email to hello@mushroomdesign.com or directly in your customer portal.
How does the refill concept work?
Your first month will arrive in a reusable-for-life glass container, shipped in a tray that is made out of mushrooms, inside a box that is 100% recycled. It will include the pouch of 60 capsules – this is the same pouch you will receive monthly. Throw the box in your backyard (or in a pot in your apartment) and wildflowers will grow (there are seeds in it). Compost the mushroom tray – or let your dog use it as a chew toy in the backyard. It biodegrades within 6 weeks. Compost the refill pouch – it will biodegrade within 1 month. Recycle the shipping container – it’s printed with algae ink and is made with 100% recycled paper – meaning it can go straight into recycling without any extra processing (AKA: no landfill)
